Born in Yerevan, Armenia, Tsovo Massena first came to the Bay Area to expand her marketing expertise and quickly realized she had found her home. Just months later, she met her husband, and she often says the Bay Area “called” her. She loves it wholeheartedly as the place where bold dreams become reality.

Tsovo holds a Master’s in Marketing from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, an MBA from the American University of Armenia (UCLA-affiliated), and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Economics from Yerevan State University. Her academic background laid the foundation for a successful 15+ year career in marketing and business development, where she led strategies for Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo, American Express, P&G, and Ferrero as Marketing Director at Starcom Mediavest. Her expertise in strategy, communication, and execution prepared her for a seamless transition into real estate.

Over the last 3.5 years, Tsovo has applied her business and investment knowledge to real estate, specializing in property valuation, market positioning, and investment strategy. She works closely with clients on acquisitions, leasing, and portfolio growth, always with an emphasis on aligning real estate decisions with long-term financial goals. Drawing on her background as an investor herself, she brings an advisory approach to every transaction. Tsovo also maintains a trusted network of lenders, attorneys, architects, contractors, and asset managers to ensure her clients receive comprehensive guidance.

Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English, Tsovo is able to serve and connect with diverse communities across the Bay Area and beyond. She is a Candidate Member of the CCIM Institute and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Community involvement is a core part of Tsovo’s life. She serves as Vice President of the Armenian International Women’s Association (AIWA SF) and as a Board Member of the Stroia Foundation, where she supports women’s leadership and empowerment initiatives. In addition, she is a member of the Los Gatos Rotary Club.

Outside of real estate, Tsovo enjoys traveling, skiing, exploring new places, and spending quality time with her family. She is passionate about mentoring and giving back through nonprofit work and is currently dedicating time to mastering the use of AI, recognizing its growing role in the industry’s future.

She is inspired by leaders who embrace innovation and excellence, as well as by her family’s values of resilience and independence. Guided by her favorite quote, “Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn,” Tsovo sees every challenge as an opportunity to grow, both personally and professionally.
