Born in Brooklyn and raised in the Bay Area, Kristina Elder brings deep local roots, strong business acumen, and a passion for community to her work in commercial real estate. Moving to the Bay Area at just two years old, she grew up surrounded by the resilience, diversity, and opportunity that define the region – shaping her drive, work ethic, and commitment to helping people and businesses thrive.
Kristina studied business in the Bay Area, earning a certification in Business Management, and built years of expertise in sales and loan modifications. That experience sharpened her communication, negotiation, and client-relations skills while giving her insight into lending and financial solutions – knowledge she now brings to every transaction.
Since earning her real estate license in 2021, Kristina has focused on commercial real estate in Solano and Napa counties, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, small businesses, investors, and developers. Her experience spans sales, leasing, tenant representation, and investment strategy, and clients value her market knowledge, strategic approach, and ability to structure win-win negotiations.
Kristina is also highly active in community leadership. She serves as the 2025 – 2026 President of AREAA Napa Solano, Secretary for the Black Elected Officials of California (BEO), and Planning Commissioner for Suisun City, roles that strengthen her ability to advocate for clients and support local economic growth.
Known for her warmth, professionalism, and solution-oriented approach, Kristina ensures clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout every transaction. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending quality time with her son, Lennox. Inspired by her mother’s resilience, Kristina lives by the belief that “success is on the other side of consistency,” showing up every day to create lasting value for her clients and community.
