Julian Scurci

Commercial Real Estate Advisor
CA Lic. #02248618

Born in Chicago and raised in Northern New Jersey, Julian Scurci has lived in major cities across the U.S. and internationally, including New York, Washington D.C., Denver, London, San Francisco, and Palo Alto. With over 12 years in the Bay Area, he has built a deep understanding of its dynamic real estate market.

A graduate of The Pingry School, Julian earned a B.A. in Political Science from Hamilton College before pursuing an MBA and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. His nearly 20-year career in real estate spans asset management, acquisitions, and capital advisory roles for REITs, private equity firms, and as a private investor. Throughout his career, he has worked across all major commercial property types—including industrial, multifamily, hospitality, office, and retail—throughout the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean.

Inspired by his father’s journey as an immigrant and property owner, Julian developed an early appreciation for real estate’s transformative power. His hands-on experience, combined with a deep understanding of investment strategies and market cycles, allows him to identify opportunities and guide clients through any market environment. His previous experiences as a taxi driver, bartender, tutor, soccer coach, and college admissions counselor have honed his ability to connect with people from all walks of life, solve problems, and remain patient under pressure.

A licensed real estate broker in California, Colorado, Nevada, and Montana, Julian is recognized for his tenacity, positivity, and client-centric approach. He is deeply committed to education, affordable housing, and financial literacy, having served on the Board of Trustees for The Pingry School and the Denver Children’s Foundation. He actively volunteers at St. Simon’s Parish School and Church in Los Altos.

Outside of real estate, Julian enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with his wife, twin children, and elderly rescue dog. He loves road cycling, soccer, tennis, hiking, skiing, and cooking with his family. He finds joy in hosting BBQs, reading non-fiction, writing, and traveling to the mountains or beach. A lifelong learner, he is conversational in Spanish and Italian and continues working toward fluency.

A believer in resilience and a positive mindset, Julian lives by the mantra: “You can’t always control what happens to you in life, but you can always control how you choose to respond.”
