JEROME LOCSIN

Jerome Locsin is a licensed real estate agent in the Bay Area with a diverse background in marketing, insurance, and corporate travel. Born in Guam and raised in Silicon Valley, Jerome has always had a passion for serving others and helping them achieve their goals.

After earning a B.S. in Marketing from San Jose State University and an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco, Jerome spent 10 years in the insurance industry working for AAA and Nationwide. Seeking new challenges, he then transitioned to the corporate travel industry, where he was responsible for building a successful lease management business.

During the pandemic, Jerome had the opportunity to obtain his real estate license in California, drawing on his experience closing major lease deals with Fortune 500 companies to succeed in the competitive real estate industry.

Jerome is known for his strong work ethic, discipline, and creative problem-solving skills. Raised in a large family, he learned the value of mutual respect and diplomacy at an early age. Jerome also embraces change and follows his bliss, living by the motto of “breathing away fear” and never letting obstacles stand in the way of success.

In his spare time, Jerome enjoys international travel, nature hikes, playing tennis, and spending quality time with his daughter. He also believes in giving back to the community through volunteering and supporting local charities.
