Carlos Serrano-Quan is the Managing Partner of Sequoia Commercial Group based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Serrano-Quan has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in deal sourcing and brokerage, underwriting, and complex transactions, serving institutional, family offices, and other real estate investors. Carlos has held many industry roles, such as, the former Managing Partner of the internationally recognized erakin Real Estate, Executive Director of HomeownershipSF, and Chairman of Chinese Real Estate Association of America, Advisory Member of Sterling Bank & Trust of San Francisco, and Board Member of Asian Commercial Professionals (ACP).
In addition to his business accomplishments, Carlos has proudly served the City and County of San Francisco in various capacities. He was appointed by Mayor Willie Brown as a Citizen’s Advisory Committee member of the San Francisco Department of Aging and Adult Services, and as a member of the Community Advisory Committee for the San Francisco Department of Youth and Families.
